To add a shortcut to your shortcuts library for the first time from an iCloud link, you need to first create a shortcut by dragging any action in there and run it once). Then you need to go to Settings > Shortcuts to toggle on the option Allow Untrusted Shortcuts.
This shortcut only works for Spotify playlists. Let me show you how it works.
Step 1. Get the Spotify Playlist Downloader shortcut by opening the link in Safari and tapping Get Shortcut.
